The 2023 Policy Address has underscored our city’s ambition for a liveable, innovative, and green Hong Kong. To achieve this vision, the integration of new technologies and materials sometimes necessitates innovative approaches to navigate approval processes, which are not always clearly defined under current regulations.
In this session, we will explore, under the stages of the project life cycle—development, construction, operation, and stakeholder engagement, highlighting the challenges and opportunities at each stage. Our expert panellists will share insights and case studies that reveal the keys to effective partnership to achieve sustainable objectives in urban development projects.
